Our college has conducted a yoga class for us on 20-oct-2022π§♀️ . As yoga is a part our curriculum. We attended the class. It was much more effective since it boost our mind and bodyπ€Έ♀️. It enhances the breathing capacity and hence the body balance. It helps to calm done our emotions and feelings☮️. It always provide positive attitude towards Life as well as towards the entire living creatures on earth π. Vijaya Kumari ma'am has conducted the class and she trained as different kinds of "Asanna". She told as the whole life on earth π is controlled by a single God π , which is our "NATURE".
