📚🥰 July 5 Basheer day 📚🥰💐🫰

On July 5, we celebrated Basheer Day at the school, honoring the renowned writer Vaikom Muhammad Basheer and his contributions to Malayalam literature. The day was filled with various activities and events that highlighted Basheer's works and legacy.

Vaikom Muhammad Basheer (21 January 1908 – 5 July 1994), popularly referred to as Beypore Sulthan, was an Indian writer of Malayalam literature, a humanist and an Indian independence activist. He was a novelist and short story writer noted for his path-breaking, down-to-earth style of writing that made him equally popular among literary critics as well as the common man. His notable works include Balyakalasakhi, Shabdangal, Pathummayude Aadu, Ntuppuppakkoranendarnnu, Mathilukal, Janmadinam and Anargha Nimisham and the translations of his works into other languages have earned him worldwide acclaim.

This was our fourth week of Second phase of teaching practice. I was so happy to spend my time with these little ones. I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the register. We met our concerned teachers in the school.

     I continued with the chapter "The Boy Who Drew Cats," building on the foundation laid in the previous lessons. I began by recapping the previous session. We reviewed key plot points, characters, and vocabulary words discussed so far. I used slides to highlight important aspects and asked students to summarize what they remembered.
