Third week 🥰📚📚👭
This was our third week of Second phase of teaching practice. I was so happy to spend my time with these little ones. I reached the school at 9.30 am and signed the register. We met our concerned teachers in the school.
After completing the direct instruction model for "The Mysterious Picture," I transitioned to the next chapter, "The Boy Who Drew Cats." This shift allowed me to explore a new story.I started by giving a brief overview of "The Boy Who Drew Cats," including its background and cultural context. I used slides to present interesting facts about the author and the setting. Introducing the chapter with background information helped set the stage and sparked students' curiosity.
The combination of group activities, creative expression, and follow-up assignments facilitated a comprehensive understanding of the chapter.
